Refund policy
This refund policy is applicable to the product purchased through www.thehealingstore.in the official website of The Healing Store, the registered trademark of The Purple Box
Refund will only be initiated when we fail to despatch the store with 7 working days.
(a) If Wrong product despatched ( Wrong product despatched in terms of colour / shape and size as compared to order then replacement will provided and the transportation corier charges shall be borne by The Healing store. (Note the pictures are for representation and information only . The real colour and image may or may not be the same )
(b) If Product broken / damaged in transportation then free replacement will provided and the transportation courier charges shall be borne by The Healing store. ( The customer must satisfy of correctness at the time of receiving of the product . Once product accepted then it will be considered the product has been delivered with any damage)
(c) The product should not fall in the category of Non refundable Category of The Healing Store the registered trademark of The purple Box.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at info@thehealingstore.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), Essential oils , Candles & Soap . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will be when the product ordered is not despatched within 7 working days after the receipt of payments in our account and not from the date and time of initiation of payment. Kindly not large number of product need set time and duration so that desired healing effect is felt hence the discretion of same rests with The Healing Store a registered trademark of The purple Box. Due to pandemic the delay in receipt due delay in transport and courier will not be considered for refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content is strictly prohibited
